“Let’ er roll!” yells their supervisor. Lucy and Ethel get jobs packaging candy that is delivered on a conveyor belt. The work seems easy enough when they are shown what to do by their supervisor, but then the pace picks up and the women soon fall further and further behind. In desperation, they resort to comical means to try to keep up.

Companies need to organise, hierarchy must be put in place not only in terms of power, but in terms of role. Everyone needs to be clear on what they should do. Communication is another key factor when organizing things, sometimes issues come up when a simple thing is miscomunicated or forgotten. Balance is another recurring concept, if everyone has their own role, everyone is communicating a real balance is found, but also respect and understanding, remembering that people are all different from each other and they all have some limits.
